Arnold Schwarzenegger staying fit at 75!

In a recent interview with Men’s Journal, Arnold revealed his workouts and how he adapted to working out in the right amounts. No matter who you are, as age creeps in, one cannot work out the way one used to. So, he developed a plan to help him stay fit despite being 75. With cycling and hitting weights, Arnold continues to go further ahead.

“My current fitness routine includes cycling every day for around 45 minutes to an hour. I follow that by working out with weights for half an hour. The training itself has evolved a lot from when I was competing in bodybuilding, when I needed to work out for about five hours a day,” said Arnold. The radical changes in training are typical to the naked eye.

During those times, he had separate days for arms, legs, and chests but what’s interesting is the non-stop instinct training for his abs. Along with those workouts, he studied nutrition, took the right supplements, learned the detrimental effects of sugary foods, and more. Therefore, he stays fit at 75. Fans reckon he can still put on a show for a bodybuilding contest even at this age.
