In his recent YouTube video, he has something special for his fans. The Pro Creator, with 22-inch monstrous biceps, gives a grocery list for off-season bulking up on a budget of less than 100$.

Lunsford’s diet includes macronutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, and fats, and he shops for their sources in the same order. The protein sources are mainly boneless chicken breast, sirloin tip-side steak, and large egg whites. While buying eggs, Derek was seen surprised. “Blows my mind how expensive eggs are now, its crazy,” he states. He derives his protein intake from the three sources and a protein powder.
“Salmon is perfect for off-season meal, truthfully I eat that on a regular basis,” exclaims Lunsford. However, he skips buying it as he was doing budget grocery shopping for his viewers. While shopping for carbs, Lunsford notices, “Rice is probably one of the cheapest things that you can buy.” He discusses different rice varieties such as brown, jasmine, and white, and says that the best option relies on one’s goals.

He sources his fiber during the off-season from fruits and oats. “My go-to fruits is like the blueberries and the blackberries,” says Derek while picking up boxes of fruits from the store. He later shops for some extra-healthy fats which include avocados, walnuts, and olive oil. “You get that muffin, it’s off-season, so I have a little treat,” says Derek, as he walks to pick some muffins to fulfill his guilty pleasure. The final bill is just $93.93, which is amazing.
