Global fitness franchise, Functional 45, was on a downward spiral when Mark Wahlberg stepped in. With Wahlberg’s entry into the dying franchise in 2019, revenue shot up to $93 million the same year from a meager $25 million in 2017 (per Superhero). Fast forward to today, Wahlberg seems to be on the run to up the F45 game once again.

Day 4 of Wahlberg Week and Mark Wahlberg is pumped as ever

On Day 4, the Transformer actor posted two new videos where he looked as charged as ever. In one clip he said, “Woke up at 12:30. Train at 2 am. Now we are at 5:30 for the Southpaw. Bang Bang”, as he headed inside the gym in the wee hours of the morning. Several others who were training inside the gym gave him a fist bump by the end of it.

Mark Wahlberg won’t stop until he fulfills his target

Wahlberg kept saying “southpaw” in the videos, which is a resistance-based workout that gets the muscles activated. Muscle endurance is the aim of this workout, as is what most of the trainees were doing. Wahlberg recently posted another video of him doing the high roller workout. His motive was the same – to inspire people to start their bodybuilding journey. But unfortunately, it met with mixed reactions from fans. He also cited the example of his friend Mike, who was down 55 lbs in 56 days after following the workout regime.
