Ronnie Coleman as a police officer
Ronnie Coleman is a name every bodybuilding enthusiast remembers by heart. His achievements, dedication level, and most importantly, his personality are admirable. Coleman carried his entire bodybuilding career with an injured back. That being said, fans are clear about his love and respect for lifting weights.
Three years ago, the legend talked about his life as a police officer. He was a part of the Arlington Police and continued his job for eleven years. In addition to that, he said that he was “forced” to end his police career.
“I was doing two things that I love doing if I could have done if I could have done the police work until now,” said the muscle man. “They forced me.”
Working in the police department didn’t bore him since he liked helping people. A noble job for a noble cause, after all. Coleman continued, “My main thing I like helping people and I like doing something different every single day.”
Despite his comment, he left the job to fully focus on bodybuilding. Being a police officer was not on his plan, just like bodybuilding. Nonetheless, after trying various other jobs, Coleman finally saw an advertisement regarding vacancies in the police force. Soon after that, he applied for it and got the job.
How did Coleman get into bodybuilding?
For those who don’t know, bodybuilding was not Coleman’s first choice. It was only after he joined the police force that he joined the gym. Since then, his interest in the game grew, and in no time, Coleman reached his peak.
