IFBB icon Arnold Schwarzenegger is on a winning streak in sharing his fitness expertise. Only in January, he launched his newsletter, The Pump Daily, absolutely free for fans. Now, it already hosts over 310k subscribers and is growing strong. Stepping into the next phase of his fitness crusade, he also introduced his podcast initiative, Arnold’s Pump Club, earlier this month. Now, the legend is taking his journey a notch up and in sync with the modern generation with his new app, Pump Daily. Similar to his other ventures, the app will also be based on a fitness-centric platform.

However, it is well known that administrating an application is expensive. Therefore, unlike the other ventures that are free for subscribers, the app will mandate a monthly payment option. This was pointed out by a fan on Twitter, concerned over the monetary aspects, whereas, Daniel Ketchell, Chief of Staff on the Schwarzenegger team, justified the new alternative with a well-rounded response.

A tweet by a fan expressed her elation over the news of the app project. However, she promptly claimed that today’s world is directed majorly by money. She stated, “Super excited about the new Pump Daily app by @Schwarzenegger but for there needs be a price for the developing world! $$$$” Her bold confession explicitly hinted at the payment structure of the app as costly.

“We need positivity and training too within our currency limitations, yikes!” the comment added. Hence, Kethcell took to his Twitter handle and cleared the air on the fan’s concern. Interestingly, he compelled the fan to think about Schwarzenegger’s cost-free newsletter, which has helped numerous people with the right tips and knowledge. Nevertheless, managing the application requires a significant amount of resources. So, fans would need to pay a $9.99 monthly fee to subscribe to the app.

“The newsletter will always be free and have a workout every week, along with free workout ebooks released regularly. The app costs a fortune to run. When we roll out monthly there will be a 9.99 a month option,” the Chief’s post revealed. The Austrian Oak’s subscriber base hosts a diverse mix of fans, from the accomplished to the struggling. Speaking of his free venture, Schwarzenegger recently made a fascinating disclosure on Day 103 of the newsletter, now called, Arnold’s Pump Club.

Initially, the seven-time Mr. Olympia thanked his fans for the positive feedback on his newsletter venture. He felt grateful for the massive and still-growing fanbase and thus decided to share a thoughtful message“I read everything I can. I love your tweets and your Instagram posts because I love hearing how we are helping you, but I know when you post in public, you’re out there helping to grow our little village.”

Additionally, the Terminator star admitted that the team hasn’t spent even the minimal expenditures to advertise their venture. Yet, it was a success!  “And all the email experts told us we’d need to learn how to advertise to grow. We haven’t spent a dime! We will, eventually, but for now, it’s just us writing the content you love,” he detailed.
