Chris Bumstead on why he doesn’t prefer talking about his cycles

In June, the reigning Mr. Olympia Classic Physique champion Chris Bumstead opened up about his ‘supplement’ cycle in a YouTube video. “My ‘supplements’ have been very low this year, said Chris. Bumstead also said, “I don’t like talking about it because people take stuff and run with it, and copy it, and I don’t want that to be the point of it.”

Chris clarified his point. “Getting the most from the least is something all bodybuilders should be trying to do”, said the three-time champion bodybuilder. Chris decided to cut down because he wanted to focus on his health. Bumstead is aware too many cycles can have long-term effects on the body.
