True to the name, Big Ramy is what his name says. His goliath physique is overwhelming, unbelievable, and sometimes intimidating. In an Instagram post, Bumstead once shared his feeling as the beefy Ramy walked into the gym.

As a bodybuilder, it is natural to feel big and proud. And so was Chris, until Big Ramy walked in. The caption read, “When you’re feeling big in the gym and then @big_ramy walks in…” It comes as no surprise that a co-contestant feels inferior to a gigantic personality like Big Ramy.
On watching closely, one can’t deny the implicit shocked expression on Bumstead’s face from the corner of his eyes. The video also featured the 5ft9″ tall, 310 lb Big Ramy’s back while 6ft 1″ tall Chris weighed 225lb.
