Earlier today, the former bodybuilding champion took to his Instagram story to share a short clip that featured boxing star, Mike Tyson. In the shared clip, Mike, dressed in a white t-shirt and formal pants, was seen teaching others some boxing tricks. Going from the caption, “Mike Tyson teaching lp man a few moves on set,” it can be safely assumed that the clip was presumably shot on the Ip Man film’s set.

Making the best use of the footage, Flex re-shared the brief clip in the story with the caption, “Always be learning.” Due to his health issues, Flex now stays away from professional bodybuilding. It’s been years since he retired from the sport, but his passion for the game remains unquestioned. Even though he is away from the sport to date, he remains one of the strongest advocates of it.

For those unversed, Flex all his life has been an admirer of Mike Tyson. In 2017, the Sultan of Symmetry expressed his desire to attend one of Mike’s shows on Twitter. Sharing his wish, the yesteryear bodybuilding legend wrote“I got to get to one of your shows, bro!!” However, the fans did not get an opportunity to see their favorites together. Hopefully, sometime in the future, they will come together, but as of now, Flex is recovering from his third rotator cuff surgery.

Time and again, the 57-year-old had to face severe health issues. His complications from kidney failure were so severe that he had to get his right leg partially amputated. But what remained unaltered was his passion for life. The 5-time Ironman Pro winner and 4-time Arnold Classic winner is thus an inspiration for many. He may become spellbound seeing Tyson, but for his fans, he is the true charmer. What are your views on Flex’s shared story? Let us know in the comments.
