Setting a timer on the side, Twitter user Shane Hunter began performing quick pushups, trying to go as down as possible. After a minute of this set, he slowly got up to stop recording. While visibly exhausted, the enthusiast explained how these pushups made him feel quite good. As he tagged Schwarzenegger, thanking him for the motivation, the former bodybuilder noticed it.
Having championed positivity in the fitness community, Schwarzenegger was elated to see his fan try hard. In fact, Hunter even wrote about how he had survived “a failed spine surgery and a separated shoulder”. Schwarzenegger also took the time to correct some aspects of Hunter’s workout.
He asked his fan to deepen his pushups and draw his elbows closer to his body. Explaining where the pushups should be felt, the star also revealed the areas of the chest that should feel the stretch. It’s commendable that even at 75, Schwarzenegger has never failed to give his body a good pump, and this advice is a testimony to that.
