Recently, he posted a video on his YouTube channel where he revealed the eternal breakfast he has had for the past 25-30 years.
What is Ronnie Coleman Meal?
In the video Ronnie Coleman uploaded on his channel, he disclosed the one breakfast he had all these years. Among his friends, he went to I Hop and introduced them to Ronnie Coleman Meal. So what is it? Ronnie said, “pancakes, egg whites, bacon”. And when asked about drinking preference, he added “coffee” to the breakfast.
Moreover, one of his friends immediately pulled out the calculator and added the amount Coleman must have spent on his breakfast. The final amount he got was “$136,875.” On the whole, Ronnie spent $136,875 for his breakfast in the last 25 years, according to his calculation.
However, it is unimaginable how a person can eat the same breakfast for more than 25 years. It shows the discipline and determination one needs to reach the level of Ronnie Coleman.

In 2020, when Ronnie appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast, Rogan expressed, he felt it was unbelievable to get that big. He even said that the 2004 picture of Ronnie Coleman in Mr. Olympia is photoshopped. However, the 8X Mr. Olympia title holder told an incident that confirmed he was actually his biggest version during 2004 Mr. Olympia.

Ronnie Coleman said he weighed 330 pounds during that event. Moreover, after the event, even the judges asked him to cut down a bit for the next Mr. Olympia.
