Diving into details about his enormous chest size, Arnold once said, “one of the prime movements that made that sort of dimension possible was the dumbbell pullover.” Though, he acknowledges that some disagree with his claim. But he quotes that he “firmly believes that doing pullovers for a number of years increased the size of my rib cage and kicked me toward that 57″ mark.”
Sharing a piece of advice, Arnold also added that one benefits more if they start to train young. According to him, the exercise is then more effective.

In 1967, he won the Mr. Universe title for the first time; after that, he moved to California and started to train for Mr. Olympia. He left no stone unturned for it and eventually won it six consecutive times (1970 to 1975). He then took a five-year break to concentrate on his acting career. He returned to the stage in 1980 and claimed his seventh and last Mr. Olympia title.
