Pain became Ronnie’s best pal. For a man who never intended to join professional bodybuilding, the sport became an inseparable part of his life. Despite his countless surgeries, Coleman never left his workout. Making fans happy, the legend declares, “once again, it’s on because, oh yeah, it ain’t over M/F!”
Ronnie does what he loves to do
The King is spotted in the gym in a recently shared Instagram video. The video may not be the best to capture Ronnie. Still, nonetheless, it is special because it does not just capture him doing his workout, but also captures his indomitable spirit and determination.

Sharing the video over his official Instagram profile, the ace bodybuilder wrote, “still on the grind after all this time and rehabilitation.” For Ronnie, life may not have been ideal, but still, he has no regrets. He has repeatedly quoted that he is thankful for all the experiences.

The King holds no regrets; he keeps pushing his limits. As he quotes, “just doing what I love to do more than anything in the world.” Bodybuilding not just gave Ronnie fame and money, but also a purpose to live and strike back.
He captures his immense love for the sport as he writes, “the best hobby ever and lifestyle and financial way of living.” The Champion knows life is meant to be difficult, and there’s no point in complaining.

Ronnie Coleman: The tough sport
When life threw lemons at Ronnie, he made lemonade out of them. Overturning every adversary, he kept on pushing himself forward. His injuries became so bad that, at a certain point, the bodybuilder could not even walk without the help of support. For the unversed, he had to undergo 13 major surgeries.

But his spirits were too high to be crushed. When everyone thought, ‘this is it,’ Ronnie returned stronger. He is indeed that injured tiger who, with every setback, comes back with more power. Coleman may have seen hardships, but he has lived a life that’s not ordinary. Rising from his ashes, he is the Phoneix- The King!
