Legendary bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman once reacted on famous fitness influencer, Liver King, on his YouTube channel.

While the icon has spent a lot of time curating a diet for himself, he had opinions on the Liver King’s diet. Mostly evoking visceral reactions, Brian Johnson, a.k.a. the Liver King, promotes an “ancestral lifestyle”. The influencer often consumes raw organs as a part of his lifestyle. Ronnie Coleman once reacted to one of his insane videos, and the bodybuilder had something to say.
Ronnie Coleman repelled by Liver King’s ways
The video begins with the bodybuilding legend announcing his subject of reaction – Liver King. It then immediately jumps to his reaction. While Liver King sat there consuming a raw organ, Coleman instantly had a disgusted expression. Throughout the video, the icon had only two words for all the shenanigans – “H*ll no!”.
As the video went on, the bodybuilder also judged his workout routine and his abs. While some of his exercises seemed okay, Coleman did notice something odd about Johnson’s build. He observed that his abs wouldn’t move during some workouts, although the bodybuilder was convinced later.
Brian Johnson, a.k.a. The Liver King, is a self-proclaimed CEO of ancestral lifestyle. He often eats the raw organs of animals in an attempt to live a primal life. While his brand focuses on putting back what the modern world left out, it often invites disgust. Connecting to nature means staying raw for the Liver King, and he stands by his ideals.

Although the Liver King’s diet disgusted him, the bodybuilder accepted that he indeed looked strong. But what does the eight-time Mr. Olympia winner consume to achieve the body he built over all these years? The answer lies in discipline and consistency.

In order to get his beast-like body, Ronnie Coleman consumes a calorie-heavy diet along with an insane amount of protein shakes. His breakfast would always have egg whites, grits, cheese, and coffee. Meanwhile, his bigger meals would always consist of some form of rice and potatoes, along with veggies. All of this was accompanied by a large amount of protein shakes and supplements.
