In the latest edition of Jay Mail, he asserted employing a better health strategy after one attains the age of 40 is vital. The daily newsletter essentially circulated to improve gut health and digestion.

Cutler emphasized that coping with gastric distress becomes a major issue over time, and it must be dealt with consciously. He also shared the one most important hack that minimizes gut ailments. Here’s what the newsletter unraveled.

According to the source, the 4x Mr. Olympia discussed the urgency of focusing on health after attaining the 40s. “ Health is something we should all care about, but after 40 it does become more important,” he wrote. He elucidated that age and weaker digestion are proportional, hence, amounting to gastric troubles. Therefore, it read, “With age, our gut produces less digestive enzymes which means it can take longer to break down food.” 

Avoiding heavy meals ahead of sleeping is the best practice Cutler suggested. Reportedly, it contributes to enhanced digestion, gut health, and better sleep quality. However, he particularly mentioned this to be done post the 40th birthday. Besides that, he listed “fasted cardio” as another crucial hack. “We talk alot about fat loss and fasted cardio, but what a lot of people don’t appreciate is how good it is for digestive health,” the athlete stated.

“And one final thing for gut health, which I swear by…” Culter insinuated in the newsletter. It was parting ways with “junk” food. A pretty usual concern. Thus, he added, “this processed sh** really hurts your gut, it creates inflammation and with age, this gets worse.” Moreover, he declared that to look after one’s gut, sticking to “real food” was the best option. Likewise, in another of his daily mail, he shed light on the right usage of hormone replacement therapy.

The bodybuilder recently revealed that he relies on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) even at 49. Additionally, he wants to generate awareness on the same. However, he explicitly pointed out that seeking professional advice from an endocrinologist is essential. “otherwise, you’re just guessing and taking unnecessary risks,” Cutler disclosed.

Furthermore, the quad-stomp poser shared, “With something as serious as your testosterone health…lots of people: self-medicate, and call it TRT, but this is just guess-work. You need to have blood work and the advice of an expert, to tell you how much you really need, and when.” He left the sole choice to his followers, not influencing his take on the instance.
