Starting his venture into sports under the guidance of martial arts legend Bruce Lee to being hailed as one of the best by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Flex has rightfully cemented his place amongst the “bodybuilding elites.” Though he stays away from competing owing to his ill health, he remains one of the strongest advocates of the sport.

Sharing again one crucial way to gain health, performance, and other things, the bodybuilding legend takes to his Instagram account. Keeping the fans motivated, the 57-year-old had an important takeaway to share.

Earlier today, the ailing bodybuilding veteran took to his social account to reveal what is highly regarded by coaches like “Charles Poliquin and Mark Rippetoe” as proper for building muscles. Emphasizing the use of a supplement called “L-Glutamine,” he points out how it “ has shown profound benefits for health, wellness, performance, and hypertrophy!”

Giving directives, the Arnold Classic winner writes, “One effective protocol is front loading 10 grams per day for 7-10 days, then 5+ grams per day through your training phase.” In the shared post, he also expressed his desire to see how his followers would implement his tips into their training.

Even though Flex is recovering from his 3rd Rotaract surgery, he does not miss out on a chance to keep his fans inspired. Talking to his Instagram stories, the IFBB champion shared a video of American boxing star Mike Tyson. In the shared video, Mike, dressed in a formal shirt, was spotted teaching people from the set some boxing skills.

Captioning the post, “Always be learning,” the legend made it clear that his zest to learn more is unending. It is not the first time that Flex has shared something so motivational. Time and again, he takes to his social media sites to share fans’ motivational posts and bodybuilding tips.
