So when Arnold Schwarzenegger charged six figures for one training session, people were surprised. But why did Arnie, a philanthropist, do this? Let’s find out.

$150,000 is a massive amount for one training session

On Saturday, Arnold held a charity auction. During that auction, Arnold trained Morris Flancbaum and his family. However, for that session alone, Arnold charged an insane six-figure fee. When a TMZ reporter caught up with Morris, he said: “This is a really special event for us every year.” Morris said he and his family flew down from Florida to support Arnold’s All-School All-Stars charity. However, when the report asked: “So, you paid $150,000 for the training session. What do you expect to get out of it?“, Morris joked: “That’s just a rumor.”

The seven-time Mr. Olympia set up ‘All-Schools All-Stars’ 30 years ago. The charity aims to provide after-school activities for kids across America. So far, it supports around 100,000 kids in 60 cities. During the event, Arnold said that 70% of American children have parents who both have to work full-time. These kids spend their time alone every day after school.

The Hollywood star said: “We’ll have after-school programs in order to fill that vacuum and help those kids with tutoring, homework assistance, studying, sports programs, arts programs, everything from three to six, five days a week.” So the money Morris gave Arnold will actually support Arnie’s charity.

Stars like Sylvester Stallone and Dolph Lundgren also attended that auction. Each guest paid $50,000 to attend and raised over $5 million for ‘All-School All-Stars’ in total. Arnold’s charity has opened a school in Uvalde, Texas as well. At this rate, the charity will only keep growing, and that is some fantastic news.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is a true philanthropist

Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the most popular personalities in the world. After careers in bodybuilding, acting, and politics, the Austrian Oak has earned a lot of fame and money.
