Bodybuilder Horribly Beaten in a Bar Brawl in 2017, Sues the Venue Operators 5 Years Later

The bodybuilding community often witnesses grave scenarios involving athletes that further pose a threatening effect on their careers. Something similar happened to this social media personality, Clinton Chadwick. He is an OnlyFans bodybuilder who was brutally bashed in a Bondi Beach bar scrimmage in Australia. The incident took place in 2017, and the assaulter was arrested and jailed. 

As per 7 News Australia, Clinton has now decided to sue the venue, The Bucket List, where the fight occurred. He is taking action on the grounds that the bar authorities didn’t intervene and halt the ongoing brawl. Here’s what happened.

In a recent YouTube video, it was revealed that the Australian fitness influencer was a victim of a brutal bar fight in December 2017. Evidently, the dispute blew up after Clinton charged a man named Stephen Martin, who later hurled a steel stool on Chadwick’s head, rendering him unconscious. 5 years later now, the celeb is prosecuting the owners of the closed-down bar for their lack of professional management and breach of precautionary measures.

Claiming to be a fitness star, Chadwick revealed that he was suffering from anxiety and depression after the mishap, and hence, his entire career is threatened. Notably, the sources state that the athlete has probably “exaggerated the impact.” He asserts that the case drastically affected his business ventures and demanded a “disability pension” from the bar.

However, the OnlyFans star is known to earn a significant amount from the platform along with other social media outlets. Although, it is of concern to know how exactly the rumpus broke out. 

The bodybuilder’s life-altering incident

As per sources, the altercation at the bar took off when Clinton approached Martin’s table with an off behavior. Angered by it, the latter offered to take the scene outside. Moments later, the influencer attacked, followed by Martin slamming a metal stool repeatedly on his head. Thus, he fell unconscious as the crowd tried to pull the two apart. Severely injured, he went to court, and Martin was jailed. Likewise, such an incident also took place in Sydney last month, between two bodybuilding influencers that eventually turned ugly. 

Nonetheless, not satisfied with the justice done, Chadwick is now looking for further dues to be paid by the establishment. This would be in terms of medical expenses, economic strains, and monetary compensation for the injuries. Apparently, he was treated as a medical emergency but wasn’t admitted to a hospital, per the source.
