Recently, CBum uploaded an Instagram story where he shared a link to a three-year-old YouTube video by TED, where Matt Walker talks about a superpower that can change anyone’s life. Moreover, Bumstead promoted the video by suggesting the same if anyone is seeking to become huge and shredded.

Matt Walker is a Brain Scientist. He is a Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of California, Berkley, and the Director of the Center for Human Sleep Science. In the TED Talk he gave in 2019, Walker talked about a basic lifestyle habit, if done correctly and sufficiently, can become the superpower of humans. What superpower did he talk about? In the YouTube video, the superpower Matt Walker talked about was sleeping. As per Matt, sleep is the save and restart button of the physical and psychological system that puts everything in the perfect place. Furthermore, he conveys the advantages of having a perfect 8-hour sleep schedule. Moreover, he also revealed the massive loss one can have by cutting down the hours from their sleep cycle. The scientist even claimed that, according to his study, the sleep deprivation group of people is subjected to a 40 percent deficit in the ability of the brain for making new memories.

However, the scientist broke down several facts about the importance of sleep and the effects of being sleep deprived. The bodybuilding star liked the content of the video, as he agreed with the fact that sleep is a superpower. He shared the old video on his Instagram story and added his observation as a bodybuilder to the other claimed points.
