Well, it happened with an Australia-based bodybuilding star when he was restrained, in none other than, prison. 

Hossein Balapour, who is famously known as ‘Yakiboy’ is an Australia-based bodybuilder and social media icon, who got arrested in January for indulging in a street brawl with fellow bodybuilding influencer, Marven Yacoub. Since Balapour was on bail when the incident occurred, he was banned from using the prison gym, when he was restrained again.

As per the report by Daily Mail Australia, after being arrested for the street scuffle with Yacoub, the court revoked Yakiboy’s bail. The court also issued a restraining order on the bodybuilder, from using the gym at Parklea prison.

Nevertheless, Balapour followed a strict high-protein diet and a disciplined workout regime when he was outside. After being locked out of the gym premises in prison, the 29-year-old revealed that he is now eating “canned tuna”.

While the bodybuilding sport demands a religious diet chart, with no choice left Yakiboy is faring his bodily requirements by eating prison food. However, when it comes to workouts, Yakiboy’s Instagram speaks volumes.

The full-body tattooed bodybuilder, Balapour is applauded by many for his meticulous physique. With a social media family of 352k followers, Yakiboy became a social media icon for his workout videos and ripped body. Interestingly, Hossein Balapour is a well-known figure in Australia’s fitness and bodybuilding circles.

Nevertheless, as per Daily Mail, the gym junkie is now “locked out of the prison gym” for butting heads with his former friend and is now living on a strict “prison diet”. While the 29-year-old pleads not guilty, the court has issued new jail guidelines for the bodybuilder.
