Although Arnold Schwarzenegger has lived a life of glory, every star realizes the mortality of their fame at some point. Since the entire fiasco surrounding Elon Musk and issues surrounding privacy, chief-of-staff Daniel Ketchell shone some light on this. He also spoke about how the former bodybuilder felt about being constantly surrounded by the press.
Arnold Schwarzenegger provided a disappointing perspective
While Twitter was divided over moderation and verification difficulties, Ketchell raised an intriguing point. During his political career, he mentioned Arnold’s case in addressing Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter and the promise of free speech. Twitter was new at the time, and the privacy of government employees was a significant problem. As a result, tweeting live from the events may be risky. Arnold’s team, on the other hand, opted to go ahead.

When Ketchell spoke to Arnold back then, he got a perspective-changing answer. Arnold expressed his gratitude that the media and press continue to cover him. Back then, the star was constantly pursued by paparazzi, who followed his every move. But Arnold perceived it differently.
Ketchell recalled the Governator’s statement and tweeted, “He said it’s been like this for 40 years, and he owes his career to the press and fans that care enough to post about him”. This helped Ketchell realize that public figures should probably keep this perspective in mind while dealing with the press. With respect to Elon Musk, the chief of staff strongly believed that this perspective applied to him.
