Chris Bumstead won’t make any compromises during preparation
On October 26, the three-time Classic Physique champion uploaded a video on his channel. In the video, while discussing his plans for the day, Chris said, “Rushing to the gym, getting a workout with Eddie… and then after that we’re running to a dinner with all the ambassadors that came down.“
Bumstead is working with influencers to promote his brand, RAW nutrition, and organized the first team dinner. Chris revealed that he’d be joining his friends and all the ambassadors after a leg workout. However, there was a catch.
While the group was going to Bumstead’s favorite restaurant, the three-time Classic Physique winner said, “I’m not allowed to eat any food, so probably I’m gonna sit there and watch people eat at my favorite restaurant in town.”. However, he also said, “Maybe the hunger will make me get more shredded and make me more disciplined.“

Chris Bumstead’s new coach
The 3x Mr. Olympia winner of Classic Physique recently revealed that he’d no longer be working with his long-time prep coach and brother-in-law, Ian Valerie. He’s currently working with Hadi Choopan’s coach Hany Rambod. Bumstead surprised many by changing coaches after the offseason. However, the pair are confident they can make it work. Rambod also coached seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath, but this is his first rodeo with a Classic Physique athlete.
