When a player or a team succeeds, they are highly acclaimed and appreciated for their performance. However, the coach mostly gets hidden behind all the excitement of the victories. But it doesn’t decrease their hard work behind the achievement. Flex Wheeler, who has turned into a body transformation coach, reveals how difficult it is to work with a professional athlete.

In the interview with Muscle And Health, Wheeler stated about the tough part. He said, “Athletes are not the easiest people to work on because they must be as close to perfection as the naked eye can see.”

Moreover, the coaching part grows tougher when the margin of improvement becomes thinner. As when that margin becomes less, the role of a coach intensifies and becomes more valuable. He continued, “Coaching someone for the stage is completely different from helping the average soccer mom because when you have someone in front of you who’s aesthetically 80% ‘perfect’, it’s pretty hard to improve on that.”
