Less than two weeks to go for the Arnold Strongman Classic 2023 (March 3-4) to commence, and several bodybuilders are hyping up their regimes for the tournament. It not only includes their workout regime but their meticulously planned diet. Tom and Luke Stoltman, the British strongman sibling-duo, has recently given an update regarding the same. Meals containing eggs, bacon, boiled potatoes, toast, and many more are all part of their single-day consumables. Let’s look at it in detail.

On their YouTube channel ‘The Stoltman Brothers’, they shared an 11-minute clip that shows them gobbling down heavy meals five times a day. Their combined intake of calories is a whopping 10,694. Here’s all that they eat.

Luke and Tom Stoltman have earned their reputation as two of the strongest men in the world. Tom Stoltman is even the two-time reigning champion of the World’s Strongest Man competition. However, they didn’t develop their strength out of thin air. It is a result of their carefully executed diet plan involving heavy meals per day along with the training they do. The brothers aren’t averse to eating mouth-watering delicious food at least once a week either.

As Tom Stoltman said, “The thing that stops me from cheating is, I got a cheat weekend now… I’d probably end up cheating throughout the week when I am meant to stay strict… It’s important to have a cheat meal, reset your body”. Luke Stoltman agreed to his brother’s notion and said, “I agree with what Tom said. You gotta listen to your body as well… That might not be the same for every person out there”. Here’s what their meal looks like:

Meal one – eggs (Luke six / Tom eight), bacon ( two pieces each), toast (four slices each), and mushrooms. Their second meal is based on Whey Protein and a variety of fruits, and their third meal is just before a workout. But it varies for both brothers, as Luke opts for mince and vegetables and boiled potatoes, and Tom chomps down ground pork burger, apples, and potato wedges. They have two more meals before finishing off the day. Meal four is similar to their second meal and comprises whey protein and Oats for both. And then they have dinner, which once again varies for both except for three scoops of whey protein. Luke has chicken and boiled potatoes, and Tom consumes a cheeseburger with some chips.
