Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Younger Daughter Shares the Secret of a Long Life With Mother, Maria Shriver, in Her Late 60S

Through thick and thin, Arnold Schwarzenegger and his ex-wife Maria Shriver always stood beside their four children. Happy with the gesture, the former journalist re-posts the shared video with her Instagram family. Sending a special message for all, the mother-of-four talks about gratitude and the secret to a long life.

Talking about the special gesture, Maria writes, “My daughter @christinaschwarzenegger sent me this beautiful video from @shelbyhoefling about faith and gratitude.” Connecting with the video, Maria further shared how she loves when people are “interested in the stories and the journeys of those who are older.”

Learning from life and the rich experience they have left behind, Maria mentions “honoring and including and listening to those who have walked life’s path before us.” As it stands, Maria is deeply moved by her daughter’s gesture. Maria, too, agrees with the message and reflects enjoying life is the secret to living a long and healthy life. Also, the 97-year-old in the video says, “I am naughty. I eat sugar. I eat butter. I eat things I should not eat. And I have all my life”. She further adds, “I’d never take anything for granted“

On her journey, she realized that they are many who needed help. Thus, she partnered with mom Maria to make a documentary on cognition-enhancing drugs like Adderall and Ritalin.

Crafted with sincerity, the Netflix documentary Take Your Pills dispels cultural and medical myths. Even her father, Arnold Schwarzenegger, praised Christina for her endeavors.
