Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Son Joseph Baena Breaks Down Into Tears While Talking About Mother’s Disappointment After His Shocking Elimination From Dancing With the Stars Shows

Joseph Baena, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been making quite a splash recently. After taking part in “Dancing with the Stars”, Baena has caught the eye of many who were unaware of him. However, on Tuesday, Baena said goodbye to the DWTS dance floor on episode six. The winner of season 30, Daniella Karagach also had to end her run with her dance partner, Joseph.

Baena was in tears when he revealed how disappointed his mother Mildred was with the results.

Joseph Baena and his pro dance partner, Daniella Karagach, won’t make it any further in “Dancing with the Stars”. On Tuesday, the pair was eliminated during the ‘prom night’ episode. In an interview with Page Six, Joseph couldn’t hold back tears while talking about having his mother in the audience. “She was extremely upset that I was going home… she’s my mother and she doesn’t want anything bad to happen to her son.”, said Joseph. Arnold’s son also added, “It gets me a little emotional because she wasn’t supposed to be here tonight.“

Because of the prom night theme of the episode, Joseph had planned to invite a few friends. However, “Last minute, one of my friends was not able to make it. I asked my mom to come,” said Joseph. While Baena was sad about the elimination, he was happy about Mildred being in the stands.

Mildred saw her son’s last performance. Joseph said, “She’s so happy with how far that I came.”, and “Yeah, it just means a lot.” Joseph and Danielle consistently scored high on the show, so most fans weren’t expecting the duo to exit so soon.

Recently, Joseph put on the Hercules costume for the Disney+ night on DWTS. After the dazzling performance, the internet was abuzz and couldn’t help but compare Baena to Arnold Schwarzenegger. According to Baena, Arnold was also happy and proud of his performance in DWTS.

Joseph announced in May 2021 that he was going to start a career as a real estate agent. In 2022, Baena posted on Instagram that he’d made his first sale. It looks like Joseph is following in his father’s footsteps. As a 25-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger, also held multiple jobs. He ran a successful brick-laying business with fellow Mr. Olympia winner Franco Columbu. While not an agent, Arnold invested heavily in real estate.
