Bodybuilding icon, Arnold Schwarzenegger has inspired his son, Joseph Baena into following his legacy in the sport. Even though he hasn’t made his pro debut yet, he is an ardent bodybuilder aspirant. Besides that, he is also well-known as a fitness influencer on Instagram and TikTok. The latter boasts a 1.6 million fanbase which enlightens fans with all sorts of entertainment. Thus, in a recent video, the athlete shared a hilarious video of him spilling tea over the conjectures made by a TikTok filter. 

Taking to his TikTok, Baena sportingly took on the Single challenge while casually sipping tea. Seconds later, he choked up on the drink and spit it out while the results appeared simultaneously. Here’s what it said:

Why is Joseph Baena single? 

As the video revealed, the 25-year-old actor donned a white tee complemented by a gold chain with the red dialog box flashing the quote, “Why Am I Single?” He eventually got hold of his cup while the filter flickered with a number of assumptions. Popular band, Cigarettes After S*x’s ‘K’ tuned into the background as he attempted to sip his seemingly, piping hot tea. 

The quote, “Afraid to share your feelings,” reeled in at the same time Baena got scalded by his hot beverage. Hence, the hilarious synchronization encouraged his caption, “Well I’m sharing the feeling of getting my mouth burnt by scolding tea!!!” Evidently, Baena seems concerned with his relationship status, however, back in 2022, he revealed why he steers clear of dating.

The 5’11” star claimed that the modern dating scenario is too overwhelming for him. The emerging technology and virtual dating process don’t align with his desires. Like his father, he is also into old-school dating. 

Joseph Baena likes the old-school way of dating

Talking to sources, Baena explained why he prefers the conventional form of dating.  “I love meeting in person, that is when you really get to see my personality. I am a big personality you know, I talk a lot, I’m loud, I move around a lot…” he detailed. Hence, the constant messaging and online dating apps do not sit well with his priorities. 

The bodybuilder added, “I am so bad at the DMs. Sliding into the DMs I had to ask my friends…I know having a girlfriend takes a lot of time, it’s a lot of effort.” He let out that it gets boring for him real quick, switching between the apps.
