In an exclusive interview with Insider in 2022, Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed he added booze to his protein shake. “I sometimes put in the schnapps, I sometimes put in the tequila, it just gives it a little extra flavor,” Anire told Insider. Arnold Schwarzenegger gave some crucial tips
The legendary bodybuilder explained that meal-replacement drinks work because they provide essential nutrients. However, most people “tend to be bad at preparing them or knowing what to eat,” he wrote. Schwarzenegger wrote people often underestimate how many calories they eat “by about 47 percent!”
Adding “milk, nut butter, lots of fruit,” and other ingredients drives up the calorie count of the protein shake. Hence, one must prepare a drink with at least 20 grams of protein and 200 to 400 calories for effective weight loss.
