In 1970, Schwarzenegger won his first-ever Mr. Olympia title, which then set forth a chain of successes. Countless world titles later, when he switched to Hollywood, he only grew more popular as the Terminator. When he later ran for office and became the Governor of California, people had no qualms about it either. A man people grew to love, Schwarzenegger kept expanding his skills across various domains.
Nowadays, the Governator loves to conduct AMA sessions over various social media platforms. Out of curiosity, a fan picked up on his multiple ventures and asked him the reason for picking fitness over other avenues. They questioned, “…given your illustrious career, what made you choose fitness?”

Schwarzenegger had a detailed answer prepared. His life began with bodybuilding and that is what gave him his consequent successes. Fitness was his first love. He explained, “What type of person would I be if I hit it big in Hollywood and turned my back on gym culture?” Even at the age of 75, the star has kept up his form and figure with various kinds of workouts and activities.

Age is no limit when it comes to keeping one healthy and fit and Arnie lives by this motto. Being 75 doesn’t stop him from pumping it up in the gym just like in the good old days. Despite slight modifications to his overall routine, he still makes sure to train hard even during holidays.

Ahead of Christmas and Thanksgiving last year, Schwarzenegger stunned the world with his hardcore exercises on various gym equipment while donning a festive sweater and shades. While there are limitations on what he can and cannot do due to his health, that doesn’t stop him from getting a good sweat.
