74-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger’s skills extend beyond bodybuilding and his roles in films like The Terminator. In 2019, Arnold’s rapping debut with a song about chasing his dreams.

He appeared in the Austrian artist Andreas Gabalier’s music video for “Pump It Up: The Motivation Song.” With a bit of assistance from Schwarzenegger, who wasn’t hesitant to rap his verses, Gabalier sang about Schwarzenegger’s inspirational career as a bodybuilder and a movie star.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was seen in the music video as a blossoming actor with successes like The Terminator. The video also shows clips of his bodybuilding workouts. Additionally, it features behind-the-scenes footage of Schwarzenegger rapping in the recording studio and his Los Angeles Gold’s Gym workouts.

The song lyrics made it more appealing. It goes like this: “Break some rules, knock the wall, don’t be afraid to fail. You have to think outside the box, I say no pain no gain, I don’t want to hear it cannot be done. Always give something back. My name is Arnold Schwarzenegger, and I’ll be back.” At the song’s end, he finishes by saying, “Hasta la vista, darling,” which is the catchphrase from the movie Terminator.

Although this is Schwarzenegger’s first rap song, he has experimented with music earlier. A country song named ‘Earthquake Love’ was also done by Arnold Schwarzenegger for one of his comedy movies, Killing Gunther, which turned out to be incredible.

While Arnold’s acting career was just taking off in the 1970s, Schwarzenegger landed a few supporting side parts. In the Jeff Bridges movie Stay Hungry, one of those roles was Joe Santo. Meanwhile, when Arnold was 20 years old, he became the youngest winner of the annual Mr. Universe contest.

Schwarzenegger made his debut in the world of films in Hercules in New York. A famous movie in 1970. In the film, Hercules is sent to Earth, where he finds true love and starts a promising career in the bodybuilder business.

Schwarzenegger began his acting career in the 1970s by making cameos on television, like many other performers. He appeared as a massage therapist in the TV movie Happy Anniversary and Goodbye, starring Lucille Ball and Art Carney, and guest roles on The Streets of San Francisco and The San Pedro Beach Bums.
