Michal ‘Križo’ Križánek is a relatively new name in the bodybuilding circuit. Known for his well-structured body and enormous muscles, Križánek is slowly working towards making a name for himself. In fact, it’s not even a year since he got inducted into the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Pro League. He last participated in Mr. Olympia 2022. Even though Križánek had earlier revealed that he would not be participating in Arnold Classic 2023, the young aspirant is making sure to keep himself pumped up.

Flexing his body earlier today, the Slovakian bodybuilder shared his picture on Instagram. Showing off his ripped body like a pro, Križánek is undeniably giving off some early warnings to all his future competitors.

Though Križánek refrained from sharing any thoughts, he did not miss out on the chance to show off his enormous body. The 6’1″ tall, 290 lbs heavy, Križánek was spotted smiling at the camera. In the snap that he posted, he was seen bare body striking a pose that helped to accentuate his biceps, chest, and thigh muscles. Looking at his best, Križánek looked confident.

In an attempt to better himself before competing again in any competition, Križánek made the conscious call not to participate in Arnold Classic 2023. His decision to stay away from the second-biggest bodybuilding competition comes on the pretext of his attempt to improve his lacunas. All Križánek now wants is to work on himself and work on his overall training.

For those unversed, Križánek made his debut on the Olympia stage last year. On 15th July, the bodybuilder switched from IFBB Elite Pro to the IFBB Pro League. Showing his dominance in the Elite Pro, he registered 13 wins out of the 14 shows he entered. At Mr. Olympia 2022, the young talent successfully gained the panel’s attention and secured himself the 12th spot. However, he was not happy with the bodybuilding competition. Though he himself was a participant, the Slovakian bodybuilder did not shy away from expressing his disappointment with the Olympia 2022 lineup in a recent video.

Križánek talked extensively about Mr. Olympia’s lineup

Speaking unfiltered, Križánek acknowledged that the 2022 lineup was “one of the best in the last few years.” But for him, it was nothing as compared to the 90s, which he termed the “golden era.” Speaking his heart out, the bodybuilder remarked how the 2022 top-10 lineup failed to match up with the on-stage brilliance of the 90s.
