In bodybuilding, posing is as important as training and following the diet for a bodybuilder to win a competition. Striking the correct pose not only allows the bodybuilder to flex the different parts but also accentuates those parts of the body. The recent Instagram post by the American bodybuilder, Nick Walker, is the perfect example of the importance of posing in bodybuilding.

Recently, the 28-year-old bodybuilder took to his Instagram to compare two photos of himself. The difference between the two photos was just in the way Walker chose to pose. However, the slight difference in the pose presented his body in a completely different light. Ahead of the 2023 Arnold Classic, Walker shared his photos to ask his fans for their opinion on which pose highlights his body proportions better.

On January 30, Nick ‘The Mutant’ Walker posted a 2-photo collage on his Instagram profile. Sharing the photos, he urged his fans to notice and compare how the difference in the hand placement leads to a difference in how muscular his body looks. “Just so you guys have a comparison of the hand clasped most muscular and the new version,” Walker wrote in the caption.

Sharing his thoughts on which pose he liked better, Nick Walker added, “Seeing them side by side I like the new version a lot better…” Furthermore, asking his fans to share their opinion on the matter, he wrote, “do you guys still feel the same about the hand clasped Or you like the new version now?”

All the fans seemed to share a similar opinion on the matter. Fans believed that the hand clasped pose a.k.a the old version was better since it hides his waist and makes his forearms look muscular and body symmetrical. Furthermore, it highlights the details on the lower abs, making him appear taller. With this, fans are confident that Walker is all set to make a grand comeback at the Arnold Classic.
