What makes Lou Ferrigno Angry?
Ferrigno had previously starred as The Incredible Hulk, which marked the beginning of his global fame in the world of cinema. While promoting his film ‘Instant Death’, the athlete faced an interesting question during one of his interviews in 2017.

When asked what makes him angry (since of course that is one question you must always ask The Hulk), Ferrigno stated procrastination and laziness turn him off the most is
“What makes me angry is people who don’t take action for themselves,” he said, “people who procrastinate…they are always making excuses”
Ferrigno’s advice for a healthier life
In the video, the actor further states that one of the most critical aspects of leading a healthy life is one’s diet. Ferrigno was asked what his top tips would be to help someone train and look after their body.
He replied, “The best thing you can do is walk and exercise lightly,” he continued, “…have a balanced diet.”
While Ferrigno has been known for having one of the most sought-after physiques, it required time and patience to build. Special attention was given to breakfast, of course! “Three egg whites, a cup of coffee, a glass of orange juice, and some muffins” is the definition of the perfect breakfast per the bodybuilder.
