The two major components of bodybuilding are fitness and vigor. Bodybuilding enthusiasts gird up their lions to achieve a fit body and core vitality. However, arduous workout sessions are not the only way to achieve a fit meticulous body. Many bodybuilders are now deflecting towards an artificial source, in order to achieve a striking figure. Frank Zane has a thing or two to say about that.

In a recent interview, the 3x Mr. Olympia, Frank Zane talked about the contrived ways of achieving a robust body. In fact, Frank has rather an interesting take on those using unnatural sources. 

Frank Zane on choosing artificial ways to build an aesthetic body

Widely regarded for his aesthetic body and symmetrical physique, Frank Zane is one of the most robust bodybuilders of all time. He recently appeared in an interview with Lisa Alastuey. Lisa and Frank chatted about the bodybuilder’s post-retirement hobbies and activities. Zane revealed that he is currently training with the 53-year-old bodybuilder Michael O’Hearn. On this, Lisa asked Zane if Michael’s body is all-natural or not. The Chemist mentioned, he doesn’t know about it.

Lisa further solicited Zane about the artificial sources that induce fake muscle in bodybuilders, and their denial to accept it. “Well it’s not to their advantage to admit it, so a lot of people won’t admit it”, said Frank. The 3x Mr. Olympia also admitted, “Well, they do what they need to do, you know, if everybody is doing it, they want to level the playing field”.

As per the talk, Zane clearly favors the trend, as he added, “It’s a disadvantage not to do what everybody else is doing”.

The 80-year-old, bodybuilding prodigy talked about the new and more developed ways of building an aesthetic body. Zane said, “There will be new and better ways to develop muscle you know, science will evolve”. Clearly, Zane does not entirely sides with the unnatural sources, as he looks forward to new and better ways.

The bodybuilding champion currently trains fitness enthusiasts with a robust training regime. Zane, in fact, mentors potential bodybuilders with several workout routines. His Instagram posts and videos speak volumes when it comes to physical yet natural ways to build a meticulous physique.
