A viral TikTok featured an old lady in the gym showing one of the gym-goers an impressive posing trick. It immediately seemed to make him look bigger and have more definition. Swoll did not believe it until he tried it himself. Read on to find out what happened!

The short video featured a built-up old lady in the gym looking at one of the gym-goers pose in front of the mirror. The person in question was trying a bicep flex by holding onto his wrist and standing upright. The lady immediately advised him to lean back a bit for the pose. The result? A visible back and a fuller-looking form. Swoll reacted to this video with skepticism.

The influencer went to the mirror and struck the regular pose first – standing upright, holding on to his wrist, and flexing his biceps. And then he tried out granny’s trick and leaned back and down. Swoll was stunned to witness an immediate change in his form. Fans went wild with their comments, appreciating the lady and noticing the difference.

In a heartwarming note, Arnie explained that his team showed him Swoll’s video a month later and complimented the influencer for his positivity and mindset. He wrote, “Last time I met you, I ran right over to you because of your body. Next time, it’s going to be because of your mind and all of the positivity you’re spreading in fitness.” The influencer has been growing in popularity and has a seal of approval as well!
