The 2018 surgery was really scary, as it included more post-surgery risks. However, it was not the first time Schwarzenegger’s heart had been operated on. He got his first heart surgery in 1997, where he replaced his defective congenital aortic heart valve for the first time.

Moreover, it was also not the last heart operation he had. He once again had to operate his aortic valve by re-replacing the valve in October 2020. However, the actor has suffered multiple heart problems but has never withdrawn his energy from putting his everything into his projects.
