The giant bodybuilder also stunned the bodybuilding world with his latest transformation and body structure, which he revealed in his latest social media posts.

Recently, when Ramy was featured on the legendary Ronnie Coleman’s podcast, the bodybuilder asked him about his preparations for the event. And Ramy’s answer will not disappoint his fans.

Big Ramy is confident about his preparations for Mr. Olympia 2022

Lately, in his famous Nothin But A Podcast, the bodybuilding legend has featured various Mr. Olympia 2022 participants on his show. And the most recent episode of the podcast featured the fan-favorite Big Ramy.

Together, the former and the current Mr. Olympia discussed in-depth the contest and Ramy’s training for the prestigious event. When Coleman asked Big Ramy about his preparations, the bodybuilder seemed quite confident about his training. He replied, “I think it’s the best prep I did in my life. Because from the beginning from the day after London, I have many issues last year. And in 2021, I don’t think I can win because I have a big issue in my life.”

Since the past few months, Big Ramy has been vocal about his trust in himself and his training. Even his coaches Dennis James and Chad Nicholls have shown immense confidence in the bodybuilder.
