Ronnie Coleman enquires if they aspire to be like him
Ronnie Coleman is a massive model of success. Indeed, he has achieved tons of achievements in his life. But the important thing is how much has he sacrificed for his achievements. Coleman trained immensely hard for being the best. His workout regimens and the visual of him working out even made his opponents sweat.
There wasn’t any count of sets and reps. He just put it all when it comes to training. In 2020, he posted on Instagram, where he put a question for his fans. He wrote, “So you still want to become a bodybuilder like me and have the same training morale like me? As you can see, I’m an 8-time Mr. Olympia and I can’t walk. I went through a back surgery that lasted 11 hours.”
He always trained his muscles very heavily. He just wanted to get thicker muscles and strong. However, another person who needs to be credited for his success is his gym trainer. If he wouldn’t be given a free membership to him in an exchange for his competition, Ronnie wouldn’t have ever entered bodybuilding. Henceforth, he deserves big credit for Ronnie’s success.
Coleman went through more than a dozen surgeries post-retirement
The vigorous training didn’t just make him the biggest, but also took a toll on him post-retirement. Coleman had suffered some serious pain in his life after retiring.
