Kai Greene is a professional bodybuilder, who placed second in the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Mr. Olympia contests. Greene really has never announced his retirement officially. Phil Heath is a professional bodybuilder and a seven-time Mr. Olympia winner, who has won titles from the year 2011 to 2017. Both bodybuilders have a lot of history. Whether it be the official battle for an Olympia title or a personal battle.
The real heat between Phil Heath and Kai Greene
Bodybuilding as a sport isn’t just about what the name implies. With all the posing battle for the screen, behind the scenes, there’s more. Kai Greene, after winning the 2016 Arnold’s Classic, did receive a comment from Phil Heath. Anyone could say that Kai Greene was in his best shape for the title, and he did take it.
“…honestly Kai is much older than me as he never admits publicly his real age,” Phil Heath said and continued, “I believe he’s [really in his] mid 40s.” This statement was just made after the pre-judging when Greene posted a video on his Instagram.

Both of these bodybuilders have always been in arguments for several reasons. While Heath claims Greene to be at least in his mid-40s, Greene doesn’t care about this statement. As Heath says, Greene is in his 40s. At the age of 40 or above, maintaining a body like this is pretty impressive for Greene. No wonder he took the title with all the glory he had.

The best age for bodybuilding is between 20 and 30, as testosterone levels peak during this time. These levels gradually decrease with age. If the claims of Phil Heath were true, then Greene really is on some other level. At the age of 32, Heath won his first Olympia. And as for Greene, who never got to taste the glory of the Mr. Olympia title, after winning the 2016 Arnold Classic, he just vanished from the scene.

Kai Greene never really announced his retirement. Even on his social media, he posts regularly about his physique updates. It’s been around six years since Greene last competed in any official titles.
Once, Greene claimed that there was a lot of behind-the-scenes activity in every single IFBB competition. This did raise a lot of concern because Greene is one of the popular bodybuilders who has never received an Olympia. Despite all the issues he has with a lot of people. Greene has always been training even though he isn’t participating in any competitions.
