Richard Gaspari, aka Rich Gaspari, is a known name in the bodybuilding community. A former member of IFBB, the retired bodybuilder stays active on his social media. In an attempt to raise more awareness of the sport, Gaspari keeps sharing bodybuilding tips with his Instagram family.

Following his routine, the retired professional earlier today shared a workout video where he could be seen doing lunges, so what were his tips? Read along to find out more.

The early morning bodybuilding routine of Rich Gaspari

Early today, the first runner-up of Mr. Olympia shared his workout routine, where he is seen working out on his glutes. Posting a short clip of the video, he wrote, “Superset of reverse lunges supersetted with Goblet squats 3 sets of 20 reps each leg then goblet squats to really push from the glutes.” Dressed in his gym wear, the 59-year-old bodybuilding legend was giving everything in the gym.

A native of New Jersey, Gaspari is three times runner-up of the prestigious Mr. Olympia contest. He used to be a known name in the bodybuilding circuitry during the reign of Lee Haney’s time. Gaspari, in his tenure, has secured several titles at the IFBB Grand Prix titles. Amongst his peers and fans, he always secured a place for his hitherto-unseen level of conditioning and definition.

Gaspari was one of the first athletes to exhibit striations on the gluteal muscles. Perhaps even at the age of 59, he is focusing on his gluteal muscles. It may have been years since Gaspari retired from the sport, but till today, he remains active. He regularly keeps sharing his workout videos with his fans. He started bodybuilding when he was just fifteen years old, and since then, the sport has been an integral part of his life.
