He also had a small yet interesting poll for his fans. 

The 8x Mr. Olympia has grabbed the eyes of the bodybuilding world with his latest Instagram post. 

Ronnie Coleman brought back the memories of good old days

Bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman recently dove into his phone archives and brought an old photo of his incredible physique. The photo, taken over two decades ago, shows Coleman at the peak of his career, flexing his bulging muscles. His incredible size and strength revolutionized the sport and the picture could clearly tell the reason. 

The 58-year-old dominated the stage in his heyday. The image is a collage of 2 images. He is seen flexing his giant quads in one picture, and the second shows his detailed back. However, he wrote an interesting question asking fans their favorite picture among the two.
