Recently, Danny Baldwinson was jailed for stalking his ex-girlfriend Aaliya Baptiste. A personal trainer and bodybuilding enthusiast, Baldwinson had met Baptiste at the gym and both liked to work out and train together. After their breakup in 2021, Baldwinson made repeated attempts to contact Baptiste via call, text, and social media, even showing up at her house. A recent report by the newsfeed Stoke-on-Trent provided all details of the court’s recent ruling.

According to the court ruling that was passed on 21st March 2023, Baldwinson was charged with harassment. A factor that strongly impacted the ruling was the fact that Baldwinson had breached his promise to not contact Baptiste. With details of the court’s ruling, the report by Stoke-On-Trent also quoted Baptiste’s statement on the events that took a turn for the worse for her. However, this is not all.

Baptiste related that Baldwinson had tried to contact her multiple times via calls, text messages, and social media chatboxes. According to Baptiste, Baldwinson also used multiple accounts to text her on Instagram. However, events reached a climax on August 8th, 2022. “On August 8, just before 8 am, I was sleeping when I heard a voice at the back entrance of the flat,” Baptiste narrated. To her shock, it was Baldwinson. Taking it one notch further, Baldwinson kept pushing for an answer if she was dating someone else.

Strongly reacting to this, Baptiste called her mother. Further, she stated, “I opened the window and said I would call the police.” With a dismissive tone, Baldwinson’s response was that he didn’t care about the police. Post this, Baptiste called the police and she and her mother told Baldwinson to leave their premises. Finally, Baldwinson left minutes before the police arrived at the scene.

After this terrible ordeal and the court proceedings, the ruling was finally announced, according to which Baldwinson was sentenced to 100 days in jail. This included 40 days for the breach of his earlier sentence pact that he will not contact Baptiste and 60 days for harassing Baptiste. The court also told the bodybuilding trainer to pay 154 Euros and declared a restraining order for two years.
