Mamdouh Hassan Elssbiay, aka ‘Big Ramy’, has been the defending and reigning Mr. Olympia for two consecutive years, 2020 and 2021. With a zeal to maintain his string of wins, the 38-year-old has been working harder to get into a perfect bulk body before Mr. Olympia 2022 on December 16.
Who won the arm wrestling match between Big Ramy and Larry Wheels?
Both Ramy and Wheels are at different points in their careers. The legendary bodybuilder is bulking a 337.7 lbs body, whereas the powerlifter with more training has now more effective gains in his overall physique.

Amidst Wheels’ changing bodybuilding phase, he had the guts to go ahead and challenge the reigning Mr. Olympia in a magnificent show of strength. The two were seen in a powerful fistfight, with their palms strangled with each other and pushing against each other to knock down the other one.
Although Wheels showed full strength and force to defeat the reigning champion, he could not knock him down even an inch. Fans widely applauded Big Ramy’s zen-like face while competing against Wheels. It appeared like knocking the weightlifter was not a big deal for him at all.

Larry Wheels stopped taking PEDs and works out naturally
Earlier, Larry Wheels would use steroids and other (performance-enhancing drugs) PEDs to increase in size and look bulked up. However, in September of this year, he announced ditching artificial supplements. He made the announcement on his YouTube channel saying that he had been on steroids for a decade and now wishes to challenge his body to grow naturally.
But the road to growing muscles naturally was not easy for him. The powerlifter revealed that his body could no longer produce testosterone. As a result, he had to start testosterone replacement therapy TRT. Wheels takes the therapy to produce 175 milligrams of testosterone per week.
