Emma Hooker has cultivated habits early on, that helped her to succeed in her weight loss journey. Motivating her followers to hit the gym, she says, “It’s you vs you. It’s never too late to restart and reset your focus on the goals you set for yourself this year.” She insists on investing one’s complete energy in finding peace so that people could transform into the best version of themselves.

She emphasizes building sustainable habits by saying,” Let’s build your dream life, creating sustainable habits within a non-restrictive lifestyle to create lasting change!” “No more yo-yo-ing, this is your moment!” she adds trying to motivate her folks. Hooker has become unrecognizable in just 6months by losing a whopping 150lbs.

Giving a list of healthy habits, Hooker says to drink 2l of water daily and to take at least 8000 steps per day minimum. She specifies the importance of incorporating more nutrient-dense or whole foods, apart from planning the workout routine. And one of the very interesting habits she asked her fans to include, is to read self-development books. She ends the list by adding,” Make your space clean before you leave the house.
