IFBB pro athlete Iain Valliere has been involved in bodybuilding, for a decade. He has been a 5x IFBB Pro show winner and finished at the 11th position in Mr. Olympia 2022. Apart from practicing the sport, he even coaches professional powerlifters who look out for his expertise. 

Moreover, an Instagram update displayed Valliere acclaiming his fellow star athlete, and brother in law, Chris Bumstead as being one of a kind and that nobody could be as shredded as him. He even mentioned that it was not possible to achieve such a transformation with any sort of training or diet routines.

In a recent Instagram story, the Canadian bodybuilder posted a response to one of the questions asked by his followers. The question asked Valliere if he could train them to be a “mini cbum”. Replying to that, the 274-lbs athlete commented, indicating Bumstead’s shredded build, “no training program, diet or cycle can make anyone into a Cbum.”

“He’s just created better,” Valliere added. Throwing light on the fact that he had actually coached the beast. Bumstead, however, has been the prevailing champion of Mr. Olympia Classic Physique since 2019. The 27-year-old bodybuilder is generally referred to as Cbum.

Valliere’s long exposure to the bodybuilding industry has added to his experience as a bodybuilder and coach simultaneously. He has been working his way to the top and his sheer dedication and commitment is worthy of attention. Hence, his precise advice is sought by several aspiring bodybuilders.

The 2022 Mr. Olympia didn’t turn out quite well for the Canadian bodybuilder. Previously occupying the 7th position for two years consecutively, he was placed 11th in 2022. As a result of poor representation in the pre-judgment round, he dropped out of the top 10 contenders. Consequently, he posted an Instagram story, expressing his point of view.

In the story, Valliere wrote, “Sorry to anyone I let down, who expected better from me. I wish I could have held up to the expectations.” He even added that he was “disappointed” and could have performed better in the round.
