Having competed in more than 70 bodybuilding shows during his era, The Mind is a storehouse of effective bodybuilding exercises. A few days back, he taught Jossue Plascencia a rare but effective chest workout that you can add to your bodybuilding regime too.
The bodybuilder shared a short clip of Milos Sarcev’s effective chest workout video shot in a gym. The Mind guided him to perform a tough but muscle-worthy exercise that focused on lifting dumbells for an amazing chest pump. Milos Sarcev’s technicalities of his chest workout

Bodybuilder Jossue Plascencia shared a training session under coach Milos Sarcev. In the video, the 59-year-old bodybuilder was seen performing a never-seen-before chest workout that bodybuilders usually do not perform nowadays. Laying on a seat, Milos held two dumbbells and rotated them by his shoulders.

While rotating his shoulders, Sarvec explained the technical part of the exercise. He stated that widening and squeezing the chest was the “most important part” to Sarcev. After demonstrating the chest workout, he made the bodybuilder practice it. Although he struggled to perform it at the beginning, he later got a hang of it.
Even at the age of 59, Milos Sarcev appears absolutely fit performing heavy workouts to teach modern bodybuilders. Previously, there were rumors of him returning to The Masters Olympia 2023. However, the Serbian bodybuilder was quick to speak on the matter.
Milos Sarcev clears rumors of his comeback
After an 11-year hiatus, The Masters Olympia is set to return this year in Romania. Amidst the buzz, rumors aroused of the veteran bodybuilder, Milos Sarcev’s comeback. However, The Mind was quick to comment on it. He cleared the cloud in the YouTube video stating, “They asked me if you would compete. Hell no! Why would I push myself to those limits, I know what it took to get there right”,

He criticized the idea of pushing old bodybuilders to compete again indicating that it reduces their life expectancy. He also called out the media for demeaning bodybuilders’ training regime and then later urging them to return to championships.
