When a legendary athlete stays at the highest level for a long time, he usually misses the competitiveness of the sport after he retires. Shaun White already can already resonate with that.
The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics saw him draw the curtain on an illustrious snowboarding career. Sadly, he could not win an Olympic medal as he bid goodbye. However, with a career like his, he can be called the god of snowboarding, and rightly so. But now retired, White seemss confused about what he should do next.

With plenty of free time on his hands, White believes he needs advice. Thus, for the same, he wishes to contact legends, Michael Phelps and Tom Brady.
Shaun White wants advice from legends
Among many things, fans will remember the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022 for Shaun White’s last dance. Having left a sport that he graced for decades, there is a certain void for White will look to fill. Thus, he looks for guidance from his beloved friend and legendary athletes.
“I definitely am still fresh off of all this. I think I’m gonna probably call some of my fellow athletes and friends, you know Michael Phelps or Tom Brady; these amazingly talented athletes, and go like, give me a little tip. What do you do, where we at you know… I need that in my life. I need that competitiveness and I find it in certain ways for sure,” said White.

Undoubtedly, the aforementioned athletes are living legends of the USA. While Michael Phelps won 94 FINA and Olympic Medals in his career, Tom Brady’s 7 super bowl rings are well known. Notably, the NFL superstar retired only recently after spending 22 seasons in the NFL.

With his retirement party done and dusted, he looks forward to further building his activewear brand, Whitespace, with his brother. It features jackets, snowboards, guitar cases, and other items for daily use. In fact, he even used Whitespace boards during the Beijing Winter Olympics.
