Former American alpine ski racer Lindsey Vonn is certainly spending her time in the right company. Vonn attended the biggest annual sporting event in the USA, the NFL Super Bowl.

The 2022 Super Bowl saw the Cincinnati Bengals go toe-to-toe with the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams came out of the tussle victorious, as the biggest sporting stars and celebrities watched on from the stands.

Lindsey Vonn was present at the SoFi stadium in California, along with some huge sporting names. Thus, she took to Instagram to share a moment with Naomi Osaka and Ciara.

Lindsey Vonn shares moment with Naomi Osaka and Ciara

Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn attended the Super Bowl match between the LA Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals today. There, she met 24-year-old tennis sensation Naomi Osaka, as well.

Additionally, Vonn also met the popular American singer, dancer, and model Ciara. Thus, the three women stood side-by-side for a photograph, which Vonn later posted on her official Instagram page.

 

“Level up,” Vonn wrote in her caption next to the picture. Then, she appreciated both Osaka and Ciara, describing them as “two incredibly badass women!”

In fact, Osaka wasn’t the only tennis player involved in the post. German professional tennis star Sabine Lisicki reacted to Lindsey Vonn’s post, commenting with a string of fire emojis to express her appreciation.

Vonn is optimistic for Mikaela Shiffrin at the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022

American alpine ski racer and two-time Olympic gold medalist Mikaela Shiffrin has not been at her best so far at the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022. She suffered from two crashes in the women’s slalom and giant slalom events.

Despite her setbacks, Shiffrin came back strong at the women’s super-G event, finishing ninth. Thus, Vonn spoke out in support of Shiffrin, selecting her as the favorite to win the downhill event on February 15.

“She (Mikaela Shiffrin) in my opinion is the favorite in the combined,” Vonn said on NBC. “I think she has a much better attitude now,” she stated, referring to Mikaela’s positive outlook on her setbacks.

Lindsey Vonn knows the pressures of performing at the biggest sporting stage in the world all too well. After all, she is an Olympic gold medalist herself, along with having won two bronze medals at the Olympics as well.
