If Tampa Bay Rays thought they would clean sweep the American League Division Series, the Boston Red Sox just arrived and ruined their party. With an incredible comeback last night, the Red Sox stunned their opponents, proving they’re here to win.

On Friday night, Boston Red Sox competed in Game 2 against the Rays and recorded an emphatic victory. Notably, the Red Sox clinched the game by a 14-6 lead.
Five Home runs for Boston Red Sox
In Game 1 of the American League Division Series, Tampa Bay Rays had outnumbered the Red Sox. Rays clinched the match by 5-0, leaving the Red Sox disappointed with their performance. But the atmosphere of the series changed on Friday night, as it was raining home runs for Red Sox. Interestingly, the match was happening at the Tropicana Field, Ray’s home ground.

In the first innings, it looked like the Rays would dominate yet again, as Jordan Luplow started the game with a grand slam. But after being defeated in Game 1, the Boston Red Sox men woke up on Friday, seeking redemption. In a demolishing performance, five Red Sox players smashed home runs.
Xander Bogaerts and Alex Verdugo started the home run campaign in the third innings.

Following in their footsteps, JD Martinez and Kike Hernandez fired home runs in the fifth innings. Next came the victory home run for the day, Rafael Devers, in the eight innings.
