The internet shifted back from the edge when Olivia Dunne finally confirmed her relationship with Paul Skenes, well, almost. At the College World Series this June rumors swirled that the two were dating after she attended wearing his jersey. The athletic power couple kept busy for months during the off-season while the suspense got intense with each passing day. After all, the highest-paid college athlete ever, Dunne, and Skenes, the highest-paid MLB selection by Pittsburg Pirates with a record $9.2 million signing bonus were dating.

Skenes put an end to the speculations recently and said, “I’m sure it’ll get better as I go up levels, but that’s something I want for her(Dunne).” However, the strong confession came just weeks before the Pirates halted his play for the rest of the MLB season. Dunne’s unwavering love for her partner was another feature of the surprising revelation. However, a recent TikTok clip by the LSU gymnast carries another message.

Dunne regularly produces engaging videos that many users on the social media platform can relate to. Some of these clips also carry hints that are well-noted by the eagle-eyed fans. Just recently, while traveling Dunne uploaded a TikTok video from Nashville Airport with the caption, “Catching flights not feelings turned into catching flights cause I caught feelings…”

The nine-second clip captured her lip-syncing and looking away in playful disbelief to the song lyrics which went like “in the bottom.” She captioned the adorable video, “oopsie daisy #foryou.” In just 12 hours the video got around 140.8K likes with 551 comments and more than 3K shares. Some comments under the video even called it a special message for her boyfriend. Skenes was placed on the development list last week which was announced by the Pirates’ on Twitter(X), which was followed by Dunne’s strongest support. Wearing his emblem continues to play an essential role in their budding romance; in fact, the cheering continues to be passed on in the same ways. However, the days leading up to the public confession have not been quite endearing for her man.

Now, Dunne has plenty of work to do in Baton Rouge as it’s her final year at LSU. The LSU Tiger gymnast who helped her team finish fourth in last year’s collegiate championship will once more compete for the team’s title. Skenes, 21, is preparing for the next MLB season by training off for the remaining year.
