January 30th was a super Saturday for the football fans. Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals secured their place in the Super Bowl 2022 after knocking out the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs, respectively. Both Chiefs and 49ers lost in a close encounter and missed their chance to play in the Super Bowl.
After the match, people began criticizing the 49ers quarterback, Jimmy G, for his poor display against the Rams. However, the MLB side, San Francisco Giants’ pitcher, Logan Webb, came in support of the Jimmy G and took a dig at Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady.

Earlier this week, the Rams had also defeated Tom Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers and knocked the defending Super Bowl champions out of the tournament. Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs had overcome the Buffalo Bills in the NFL Divisional Round. However, Mahomes’ Chiefs lost against the Bengals. And hence, both Mahomes and Brady will not play in this year’s Super Bowl.
The Giants’ Logan Webb takes a dig at Brady and Mahomes
The 25-year-old Giants pitcher came in support of Jimmy G and took indirect digs at NFL legend, Tom Brady, and Chiefs’ quarterback, Patrick Mahomes.
When both matches ended, fans started blaming Jimmy G for the 49ers’ loss. However, Logan Webb took to Twitter to express his views on Jimmy G, Mahomes, Brady, and the Rams quarterback, Matthew Stafford. Notably, he described Jimmy as a winner.

And about Mahomes, Brady, and Stafford, he said that people act like they do not have a good team and players around them. The Giants star further said that football is a team sport and coaches are the reason behind their successes.
People act like Mahomes doesn’t have the best Offensive coach and weapons in football and Brady didn’t have a top 5 defense for 15 years and Stafford doesn’t have a nasty team beside him🙄 Football is a TEAM sport and coaches are a big reason why TEAMS win https://t.co/3qY8ecIw16
